Visa Policy

Pakistani nationals apply through Thailand’s e-Visa platform (effective 1 January 2025). Physical passport submission is not required during application; after approval, print the confirmation email for airlines and Thai immigration. Applicants must remain in Pakistan throughout processing and upload proof of current location.

From 1 January 2025, Thai visa applications for applicants in Pakistan are submitted online at https://www.thaievisa.go.th, routed to the Royal Thai Embassy in Islamabad (Plots 1–20, Diplomatic Enclave-1, Sector G-5/4). Thailand e-Visa from Pakistan (2025 route)

The Royal Thai Embassy Islamabad implemented the Thailand e-Visa system from 1 January 2025. Applications are fully online at thaievisa.go.th—you no longer submit your physical passport during the application stage.

After approval, carry a printed confirmation email when boarding and at Thai immigration. Proof of location in Pakistan (utility bills, rental agreement, or entry stamps) is required.
