What 24/7 Travel Support Does — and Does Not — Cover
Falcon keeps a named contact available around the clock for travellers we have booked — flight changes, hotel issues and itinerary questions. We cannot override airlines, hotels, hospitals or government agencies.
Who this is for
Clients on Falcon-arranged itineraries, exhibition trips, Umrah packages and ticketing bookings who want a single number when something changes.
Walk-in travellers who booked everything themselves can still enquire, but we may not have supplier records to act on.
What we can help with
Reconfirming hotels, requesting late check-in, arranging an extra transfer, advising on the next visa or ticketing step, and talking you through missed-flight options using the airline’s published rules.
If you need a doctor, embassy or police, we help you find official contacts. We are not a medical or legal service.
What we cannot guarantee
Airlines decide rebooking, compensation and denied-boarding outcomes. Hotels decide walk-in availability. Embassies decide visas. Hospitals decide treatment. Falcon cannot promise instant seats, refunds, visa grants or medical care.
Network coverage, time zones and supplier closing hours can delay a reply. We aim to respond around the clock; we do not claim a fixed minute-by-minute SLA on this page.
How Falcon assists
Keep your confirmation WhatsApp thread. That history is how we identify your booking quickly.
For serious incidents, contact local emergency services first, then Falcon. Travel insurance, where you hold it, is claimed with the insurer — we can help you locate the policy details you gave us.
