Requirements:

  • Previous experience in visa consultancy or a related role.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with visa requirements for countries like the UAE, Schengen zone, Canada, and Saudi Arabia.

Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and friendly support to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns efficiently and empathetically.
  • Ensure excellent customer care throughout the travel planning process.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • A customer-first attitude with the ability to handle challenges calmly.

Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services such as Umrah packages, family tours, and business travel solutions.
  • Manage online and offline campaigns to engage with potential clients.
  • Create content for social media and promotional materials.

Requirements:

  • Experience in travel marketing or a related field.
  • Creativity and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Operations Manager
